Recruitment notice for international student counselors of the College of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University

In order to better manage the education and service of international students, the College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tongji University is now recruiting an international student counselor in and out of the university according to the needs of student work and the relevant regulations of the university.

●   Recruitment Position

International student counselor, engaged in international student affairs management and service in the College of Environmental Science and Engineering.

●   Qualifications and Expectations

a.           A member of the Communist Party of China.

b.           Master degree or above in high-level university. Undergraduate studies in full-time colleges and universities. Overseas study experience is preferred.

c.           Proficient in English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

d.           Strong cross-cultural communication skills and good code of conduct.

e.           Experience in student management is preferred.

f.            No more than 40 years old.

g.           Have strong working ability, love students and love student work.

●   Recruitment Procedures And Requirements

The email subject should be named: “International Student Counselor Recruitment – Applicant job - Name - School with highest educational background - Major". Candidates can only apply for international student counselor positions in 2 units at most.

b.           After the preliminary selection by the recruitment team of the college, candidates who are selected for the preliminary selection need to carry out a 2-month internship. Then participate in the re-examination organized by the school, and finally determine the list of admissions, and publicize the admission.

c.           The materials provided by applicants must be true and accurate. In the course of the assessment or after the school is hired, it will be disqualified if it is found to be falsified or deliberately concealed.

d.           Deadline for registration: November 26, 2017.
