The College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tongji University is one of the earliest institutes of environmental education and scientific research in China. It is also one of the first institutions approved to establish a post-doctoral mobile station. At present, the university has national bases for postdoctoral research: the State Key Laboratory of Pollution Control and Recycling Research, the Key Laboratory of Yangtze River Water Environment of the Ministry of Education, the National Engineering Research Center for Urban Pollution Control, the College of environment and sustainable development of Tongji University of the United Nations Environment Program and other institutions. At the same time, it has the environmental science and engineering first discipline doctoral program, environmental science, two doctoral programs in Environmental Science and environmental engineering. Among them, environmental engineering is a national key discipline and a Shanghai key discipline, which has an important influence at home and abroad. It has national Grade A certificate of environmental engineering design and environmental impact assessment. The research fields include environmental pollution control engineering, environmental planning and management, water resources and urban water supply and drainage engineering, environmental chemistry and environmental biology.
The mobile station of environmental science and engineering of Tongji University is now looking for a number of full-time postdoctoral staff due to research needs.
